Shampoo hair using a sulfate/paraben free shampoo. Please be sure to massage your hair gently, concentrating on the roots. Condition hair from the roots to the ends. You may comb through your extensions starting from the ends of your hair, working your way up to the roots, rinse thoroughly.
We recommend air drying your textured extensions however if necessary you may sit under a hooded dryer.
Sleep instructions for textured extensions. Braid your hair into one braid going to the back of your head using a loose hair tie for the ends. You may also roll your hair depending on the desired hair style. You should place a scarf or bonnet over your hair to protect your hairstyle and extensions.
Sleep instructions for straight extensions. Place all of your hair in a loose low ponytail to the back of your head. Place a scarf or bonnet over your hair to protect your hairstyle and extensions.
Please keep in mind when using heat on your hair daily you are compromising the longevity of the hair extensions. To avoid constant heat, try to substitute with rollers at night and remember to follow our recommendations above.
Extensions by Mariell recommends sealing the weft of your hair to prevent shedding and to extend the longevity of your hair extensions. Please wash your extensions before installing.
